Fitness has been an integral piece of my life for as long as I can remember. From playing little league baseball when I was a young boy to breakdancing and karate in my teens to fitness training in my early 20s.
I strongly believe fitness can change anyone’s life. I don’t have to brag about the benefits of physical activity. You know this already. It’s been on countless news article, blog posts, tweets and in other social channels.
My job is to make the process seamless, effective and safe for you.
Fitness it’s not just about acquiring new muscle and six pack abs- those are just the bonus. It’s about taking the time to do something meaningful for yourself, for your body as well for your mental health and overall well-being.
I’ve been a personal trainer for 14 years and I’ve learned a lot from training clients from all different ages, body types and physical abilities.
