Workout Instructions
- 1st exercise : Perform 3 sets of Bulgarian Split Squats for 40 seconds (20 seconds/side)
- 2nd exercise: Perform 3 sets of Step Ups for 40 seconds (20 seconds/side).
- 3rd exercise: Perform 2 sets Sumo Squats for 20 seconds.
- 4th exercise: Perform 2 sets of Kettlebell Swings for 20 seconds.
- Rest 60 seconds in between exercises and sets.
- When you are done, repeat the sequence 1 more time to complete 30 minutes.
