18 Minute Total Body Workout

 

I had a busy day yesterday. I had to train a bunch of clients throughout the day and I had to teach a class at night. I was almost certain I couldn’t get a workout in.

 

My workouts at the moment consist of a strength portion andย then a conditioning portion. I knew I wasn’t going to have enough time to do the strength portion since it requires longer rest periods.

 

But I’m having a lot of fun with my conditioning workouts at the moment and I didn’t want to miss one. They literally leave me on the floor after i’m done.

 

Here’s the workout I did yesterday. It’s only 18 minutes long but you’ll see that you won’t need more than that.

I actually used a Versa Climber instead of jumping rope. Most gyms don’t have a Versa Climber, but if yours does, do a sprint for onlyย 15 seconds.ย 

 

Rest 20 seconds between exercises and sets. Total Circuit duration is 18:25.
